What to include in a correction
Identify the provider or article, the page address, the statement you believe is wrong, and a current official source supporting the correction. Do not send prescriptions, identity documents or medical records.
How corrections are assessed
We check the original source and relevant terms. A reported change is not automatically a verified fact. Confirmed changes should update the affected page and its source-check date; uncertainty should remain visible. Commercial relationships do not determine whether a factual correction is accepted.
