Can I leave a review?
Not yet. We are preparing a moderated service for first-hand experiences of booking, communication, fee clarity and follow-up support. We will publish the submission form here once the privacy and moderation arrangements are ready.
What you can read now
Some provider profiles link to their reviews on Trustpilot. Those reviews remain on the external website. We do not copy their ratings, review text or summaries, and we do not combine them with our own reviews.
Our planned review rules
- Genuine first-hand experiences only. No fake, paid or incentivised reviews.
- Positive and negative reviews follow the same checks. A paid listing cannot remove criticism or buy a better score.
- Use a display name. Do not include medical records, prescriptions, other people’s identities or private contact details.
- Any verification label will explain exactly what was checked. Email confirmation does not prove treatment.
- Readers and providers will be able to report content, request corrections and appeal moderation decisions.
- Clinic replies must not identify patients or reveal health information.
Before submissions open
We still need to finalise the public operator details, secure review storage, retention and deletion arrangements, and moderation process. No review form is active and no reviews or ratings have been published here. Please do not send reviews by email.
